Information About Your Domain
The Control Panel provides you with basic information about your domain
as well as itemized billing information for your account.
Make sure you are connected to the internet and
logged on to the Control
Panel Click the Information
icon
on the left of the Control Panel To view your bill history click the Get
Bill History button
Your bill history will be displayed
If you having any outstanding payments then these will be highlighted
in red and you should contact us immediately
to ensure continued service from us. You can verify any outstanding amounts
have been processed by looking at your billing history from the Control
Panel where they will be highlighted in yellow as soon as payment has
gone through.
The Control Panel only displays your billing history for the twelve
months, if you need information prior to that then contact
us and we will be happy to send it to you.
As well as billing information, the Control Panel also provides the
name of the server
your domain is on. It is helpful if you
quote this in any correspondence with us if you ever have an issue with
your domain.
