Making Contact

The Control Panel provides a simple way for us to keep all of our customers up to date with news and a simple way for you to contact us about a variety of different issues.

 

The Message of the Day feature checks our servers to see if there is any news from Setup Site every time you start up the Control Panel. If there are any items of news you have not read then you will be asked if you want to read them.

 

 

If you want to read the message click Yes and any news from us will be displayed in your browser. If you choose not to read the messages at that time you'll be reminded until you view them. Any news can also be viewed at any time here.

 

The Control Panel also allows you to easily contact us:

 

Finding the Contact Icon

  • Ensure you are connected to the Internet.

  • Click on the Contact icon on the left of the Control Panel (See the picture on the left). This brings up the contact form.

  • Select your type of problem from the drop-down list.

  • Enter your name and email address.

  • Type your message to us and then click the Send button This is only enabled if you have entered something in all the fields.

  • Your message will be sent to us and we will look into your issue as soon as we can.

 

Using the Control Panel to contact us usually means a speedier response and quicker resolution of your problem, however you can also email us at tech@setupsite.com.
